                    Added a new INI file setting ResetRollOffsetOnStartup, this can be set to 1 to force the dataref to zero on startup.
                    Added a new button in the Control Panel called Clr Roll, this will reset the roll dataref to zero.
                    The pilots head can now be positioned with the joystick buttons, either custom commands or Xplane's.
                    Added more general custom commands.
                    Added text to the Control Panel to indicate when the presets or limits data have been changed.
                    Added Clear Limits button to the Control Panel.
                    Fixed a bug when loading an aircraft with no limits data file.
                    Added EffectsDisableOnAutoStart INI file setting.
                    Added AxisIncrementChange INI file setting
